Aug 1976 Ham Radio page 24 "Syllabic VOX System for Drake Equipment".  I had it 
on my B twins (article was for the B twins) and it worked fairly well for SSB 
and CW QSK.  As I recall it should be fairly easy to incorporate into any Drake 
twins.  Also later article was for Collins S Line.
