Thanks Mark. I should have added that the bias is set per the manual, although I have not checked the meter shunt resistor yet to make sure it is still good. The TR-4C is being run off of an AC-4R PS that was rebuilt about 8 months ago. I did do a quick check of the Carrier Balance and it appears OK. I have not done a full alignment as yet however. With he long weekend coming up, I plan to dig into the problem some more.
