Hi all:
I have a Drake TR-4 with power and speaker that I am trying to get up and
running. All in like new shape minus some graying patches on the cabinet. When
connected I hear some very soft stations but mostly a loud hum. I guess that I
need to crack open the power supply and replace some condensers (with due
care).
I know some basic electronics but would love to learn more about this hands-on:
any of you in the SF Bay or Monterey area that I could work with to check the
system out? Would be great!
