Usable in a pinch. :)  I've found two different versions on the net for free. I
also have the Hamanuals Drake CD (remember that one?). It's very good, and the
index is even hyperlinked. I think he's still around, the last time I checked
the Hamanuals web site was still active.

I note that an ebay seller of a decent reprint version has been offering his
version on CD lately. I bought one of his reprints some time ago, then forgot I
had it. The quality is very good, so I keep the reprint near the workbench and
the original next to the computer for reference (although I tend to use
whichever PDF version I find first just as much).
