My first reaction would be no. In the C-Line, this is the LO in the 3rd
Mixer (not present in the R-4B), after the IF filters, and is a separate
oscillator / buffer circuit. In the B-Line it's in the 2nd Mixer, and
is in a multi-grid (12BE6) Mixer / Oscillator circuit.
