John is one of the good guys. Please be aware that he does not have control over the anti-spam policy of his ISP. For example, it automatically blocks all email from AOL and does not send a blocked/deleted message to the sender. Hence, for me, I have to contact John via landline. At least that's the way it has been for me in the past.
