I've got two BIG computer fans on top my L-7PS. Remember that the bigger the
fan, the slower it needs to turn to move a lot of air. I don't know the size
offhand, but these are 12v fans that would be found in  a PC server cabinet,
not your average PC. I have them in series running off 12 volts, and they are
so quiet that I often forget and leave them on, even though the PS is literally
at my feet.
