No, not much use except with a TR-3/4 transceiver. It's just a PTO and
a speaker in a box. Anyone who has a TR-4/C and wants to work CW would
LOVE to have it. It's essentially mandatory for decent CW operation.
I'm sure you would have no trouble selling it for $100 - 125 depending
upon condition.
