Antenna Plug on C4 - If you are referring to the XMTR and LOAD connectors on the Wattmeter sensor box, those are standard "UHF" connectors, also known as 'PL-259' or '83-1SP', Mouser.
PowerMaster Plug on C4 - This is a Cinch-Jones connector, 'P-303-CCT', and is available from Mouser as well.
2 conductor Phone patch on C4 - Cinch-Jones 'P-302-CCT', Mouser
