The green lead goes to ground. The other two "hot" leads, probably black, go to the remaining two pins on the plug. Polarity does not matter except for the green lead. NOTE that the straps on the terminal strips in the power supply and RF Deck MUST CORRESPOND to the input voltage you select. Full instructions are in the manual and should be silk screened on both chassis. 240V input supply must be rated at 15 Amps minimum. 73, John, W4AWM
