While resetting my L-4B for 220v, I opened up the RF deck to change the jumper
settings and was - once again - struck with admiration for the engineers at
Drake who designed it and the technicians at Drake who built it. As an
erstwhile tech during the '60s, I know a work of art when I see it and the
underside of the L-4B's RF deck is a thing of beauty.
Every day I regret selling my 2B/2BQ back in 1978.
