It appears that UPS makes the standard response that the package was not packed properly and this has happened even though the packing was done by UPS! I think it varies from UPS outlet to outlet, some are good others not. However, UPS corporate makes a practice of denying claims, hence a lot of unhappy customers and websites dealing with their poor customer response. This is what happened with the claim I was involved with and it took six months to get them to finally pay up. I think they use the tactic that most people will give up and go away if they stall long enough.

I too have had issues with FedEx, but not as many as with UPS. Surprisingly, I have had the best luck with the USPS.

I need the top and bottom cases for the R4C and the bottom case for the T4XC. These are NOT slight bends, and all are in the area of the front where the metal is folded over, negating a chance to straighten them. I am just sick!!! Awaiting word from the seller, to see if he insured them well, but will need to know if any cases are available.
