6JB6's can be matched with a Drake transmitter. Set the bias on the AC-4 and leave it be. Then measure the voltage drop across each cathode resistor with the PTT keyed, no mic. Use ohms law to figure the current of each tube. You probably would want to check the resistance of each cathode resistor first.
