Hi Evan,
I've used Rustoleum Satin Black, V7777, many times, with good results. I've had comments like, "looks like new", etc. Doesn't give the slightly textured/bumpy surface that some had originally, but I've been very satisfied. I've used spray cans, but it's available in cans for brush (ugh) or spraying (after thinning). I plan to try spraying, on a different application, soon.

Fellow enthusiasts,

I am in need of some paint for some B and C line cabinets. Typically, I
have used Tru-Test U-17, Satin Black Wrought Iron, with a part number of
199-653. This hasn't been available for some time and I'm down to my
last can. Would anybody have a recommendation on alternatives that have
been successfully used? I was considering having Hartzell redo the
cabinets but at $50 a piece it would break the bank.

Enjoy those Drakes.
