I had an audio problem about a year agowith my TR-7, where the audio would just fade out. My first thought was the audio amp chip went out, but I went ahead and pulled all the boards, deoxit each pin, and reinstalled the boards. also, I deoxited all of the plugs, etc. to the digital readout board, etc. This solved everything, including an intermittent digital display problem I had for years.
