Richard, A replacement for the Drake blue filter material can be purchased from theater supply houses. The material is known as lighting gel and is available in numerous colors. Its thinner than what Drake used but can be doubled up. It can be purchased in large sheets and cut as required. I use a leather punch to make the screw holes. Here is a link ...
