Hooked up my dummy load and in CW mode,
found the following:
At full output, it takes about 2 minutes
before it goes into an "oscillation"
mode. Again, if I key the xmitter using
external switch, output power stays at
140 watts. When I "unkey" the xmitter,
it goes into the oscillation mode.
If I REDUCE the output power to 50
watts, the xmitter does NOT "oscillate".
I have left the xmitter at 50 watts out
for 10 minutes and there is no issue.
As soon as I raise the output power to
greater thna 70 watts into the dummy
load, the xmitter "oscillates" between
transmitting and not transmitting.
