I'm not sure if you're the same person who asked this before, however I recommended Wb6YEC George Runyan who is in San Diego (Lemon Grove a suburb of SD). He's excellent at repairing equipment and has offered his services and abilities to many over the years. I've known George myself for 30 years and worked for him in one of his TV shops while in college (many years ago), he's a great guy and even owns a B-line himself.
