No output on 15 Meters with HG-10B VFO. All other bands work OK and I get
output except for 15 Meters.
I have done the modification where RFC1 of V1A is changed from 350 uH to 1 mH.
2-NT with HG-10B works on 80, 40, 20 and 10 Meters, won't work on 15 meters.
2-NT works on all bands when I use crystals that I have.
Per Drake manual, 2-NT requires 12 Vrms on 15M, the HG-10B specs 5 Vrms output.
The change in RFC1 to 1 mH was supposed to increase the output of the HG-10B
per a "hints and kinks" in an old QST back in the 70's.
Thoughts and comments please?
