Yes, the INJ frequencies and levels are compatible. The R-4B does NOT
have provision for the CAR OSC cable from the T-4XC, and requires the
'Transceive Align' procedure to transceive 'on frequency'.
ALL of the R-4 / T-4X series are 'mix and match' compatible.
