R349 on the TX exciter board, page 3-4 of the service manual. Use another receiver for best results. The adjustment may be accessible through the hole between U9023 and U9020 on the DR-7, it's hard to tell from the pics and I don't have one open in front of me. If not, you'll have to pull the DR-7 for access, but you should be able to do the adjustment without needing the jumper board in place of the DR-7 by using a receiver tuned to the 5 MHz IF frequency. You will probably need to compromise a little between best null on USB and LSB. Do yourself a favor and check the +10v and fixed passband adjustments while you are in there.
