Check with Tom at www.hayseedhamfest.com.  He has complete capacitor kits 
including the twist-lok 
for the TR-4C.

C145 - original

A = 20 uF @ 250 VDC

B = 60 uF @ 250 VDC

C = 10 uF @ 25 VDC

D = 10 uF @ 250 VDC

The 250 VDC sections really should be at least 300 VDC, as typical voltages run 
about 260 - 270 
VDC.  I believe Tom supplies either 300 or 350 VDC caps.
