I salute the seller on accurately showing and describing it. There's very little left - maybe the crystals, the filters and possibly the PTO.
Even the cabinet's too far gone for a repaint unless you angle-grind and "red lead" it like a car resto. I'm thinking that cellar had a dirt floor.
