I installed the Drake board in the TR-3. I think you can make your own easily 
using a breadboard and a relay socket.

The original relay runs from the +250 VDC bus through the 6EV7 to ground.  The 
relay is a P&B R10-Y4-E3-2.5k and is available from Mouser and Digikey and ...  
This is the same relay that is used in the later T-4X(any) and TR-4XC 
transmitters.

Drake used to offer a small PC board with a relay socket and some pins to 
spread out the connections.  The Drake board is no longer available, but I do 
have an artwork for it.  A list member built up a small adapter out of aluminum 
(could be PC board material) that worked out well.  He wired directly to the 
relay socket contacts, which are very tight, and don't forget that lovely Drake 
wire insulation that melts at approximately 80 degrees!!.  Apparently his hands 
are much steadier than mine!  :-)  He is planning to document 'soon'.
