Larry, it could be something as simple as an alignment issue, but there are also two crystal filters in there: one for each sideband. If all of your alignment settings are alright, check connections to the filter before deciding to replace the filter.

I can hear the difference in the audio when I monitor on another receiver. So it seems I have an audio problem on LSB only. I am seeing around 110 watts peak on both USB and LSB.
