And it will stay this way until:
1) matypes.h has settled down enough (meaning that the type definitions
that the header is generated from have settled down enough, as
mismatches are quite fatal) that it can be checked into CVS.
2) Someone who understands Imakefiles adds the autogeneration to DRI
CVS. Hint: I've got better things to do.
