Found them in the source code and tried all of those. I tried the
CloneDisplay with settings 1,2,3 and 4. In some situations the XFree
log shows that my monitor is indeed found (Philips Brilliance 107A,
1997 model by the way), but then it proceeds to think that the DVI
outlet is primary and find no screens... In the end I got fed up and
just hacked the source (IT'S a CRT I TELL YOU ;) ).

Yeah, I figured as much, I just related this to my DMA problem I
guess...
