Stupid me (good news for the patch :) ), I compiled (statically) the drm 
module of the kernel. Maybe I should not test things in 2:00 of the morning.

Sure, expect my reports tomorrow as from now I'll be offline. 
About the patches, it was trivial applying by hand them, so no problem, it was 
just to inform you. I wonder how happened to Wouter to apply cleanly, just now 
I downloaded the 2.4.18 vanilla and I get rejects ;)
