is anyone aware that enabling profiling in the host.def via  '#define
GlxSoProf YES' breaks the building process.

For the moment I've copied accross the files mentioned in the
lib/GL/GL/Imakefile (lowpc.c and highpc.c) from lib/GL

This same error will occur in the xfree86 cvs too so I'm assuming an
xfree86 oversight.
