that's wierd as the one in the CVS tree is the exact same and I've seen
no-one complain about it.. care to quantify.. I don't own one of these
cards (I actually do but it is in Ireland and I'm not any more ..)

for 64-bit nearly all cards are borked.. the question is when we fix it..
I think both RH and SuSE have patches I'll start looking into
comparisons..  I'd much rather however that someone with access to the
hardware does this, I'm unlikely to even see 64-bit hardware in my current
space !!..
