Folks,

I'm attempting to verify the latest updates 945GM & Rotation updates the
the Xorg, Mesa and DRM cvs tips and have run into a problem. For the
life of me I can't get Direct Rendering to really be enabled. From a
configuration point of view, I think I'm OK and Xorg.0.log says direct
rendering is enabled. But when ever I start op an 3D app such as
glxgears, with LIBGL_DEBUG=verbose, I get:

libGL: XF86DRIGetClientDriverName: 1.5.0 i915 (screen 0)
libGL: OpenDriver: trying /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/dri/i915_dri.so
drmOpenByBusid: Searching for BusID pci:0000:00:02.0
drmOpenDevice: node name is /dev/dri/card0
drmOpenDevice: open result is 4, (OK)
drmOpenByBusid: drmOpenMinor returns 4
drmOpenByBusid: drmGetBusid reports pci:0000:00:02.0
libGL error: drmMap of framebuffer failed (Invalid argument)
libGL error: reverting to (slow) indirect rendering

I've rebuilt Mesa and glxgears and I still see this. Sounds like maybe
I am either not linking with the libGL that I think I am or some other
file is back rev'd or something. Any hints on where to look would be
appreciated ?
(/usr/X11R6 is actually linked to my checked out modular tree.)
