Can you elaborate?

I only upgraded packages.
I am almost sure that I haven't changed AGP settings at that time in
xorg.conf.
I just think that maybe some values are set randomly, just like when you
forget to set initial value of variable.

At the time when you filed the report above, Option
"AGPMode" defaulted to "1"/"4" and Option "AGPFastWrite" defaulted to
"off", regardless of the xf86-video-ati branch.

So maybe my problem was not related to AGPMode and AGPFastWrite, and I just
found that out by randomly changing xorg.conf file.

If you're using the xf86-video-ati master branch, Option "AGPMode"
defaults to the value set up by firmware instead of the traditional
default "1"/"4", because there are some systems where the former works
but not the latter. Maybe it's the other way around for your system...
If so, can you check the AGP settings in the BIOS setup?

After I back home I will try to experiment with settings in xorg.conf and
settings in BIOS.
I haven't change anything in BIOS, but this time I should find out what's
going on instead simply hide the problem.
I will also recompile xf86-video-ati from source.

One more information: packages in Arch Linux uses lots of optimization
flags.
Please look at this bug:

http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/6103

Now I think that maybe I should submit that to Mesa.
