Ie. first install debug info packages, then start X server on the machine A, login to machine A via ssh from machine B and start gdb in the way mentioned on the page. As for Debian/Ubuntu instructions instead of Fedora used on the wiki page: 1. Install debug info packages with: "apt-get install xserver-xorg-core-dbg xserver-xorg-video-ati-dbg" 2.
