I saw the similar issue reported for this webcam before. This webcam seems like a usb video class compliant one, but it can not work with usbvc driver. My investigation result indicates that, this webcam might not fully compliant with usb video class spec. It is not an easy job to make it work with usbvc driver since I have not such a device by hand.
