add in /etc/system:
set usba:usba_debug_buf_size = 0x100000
set scsa2usb:scsa2usb_errlevel = 0x4
and install a debug version scsa2usb driver binary.

Then as Juergen has mentioned, mdb::usba_debug_buf can dump some 
messages that will be helpful in analyzing the problem.
