  From the dmesg output, it looks like that the problem is with
"Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop? 1.00".

Can you provide the exact product name of your wireless keyboard/mouse
suite since we're try buying one?

BTW, please run the attached DTrace and shell scripts - as root - and
provide me the output.

chmod +x usbms1.d && ./usbms1.d
chmod +x das.sh && ./das.sh
