Hi there.

Last night I was trying to install the rum driver for my D-Link DWA-110
wireless usb. When I was doing it I realized the driver was already included
in OpenSolaris 2009.06. The problem is that none of those works for that
chipset.

In the support page
(http://hub.opensolaris.org/bin/view/Community+Group+laptop/rum) clearly says
that this wireless network driver works for Ralink RT2501/2601/RT73USB
802.11a/b/g Chipsets, but when I try to plumb the interface it just tell me
that can't find the "path" or something like that (Right now I'm not at
OpenSolaris). Anyway, I also gave it a look in /dev but the file rum0 wasn't
there.

I tried restarting the system, having the USB card connected before booting,
but doing that the system just restarts automatically and can't even reach the
login screen.

The thing is that if this driver supports the RT73USB chipset, why my DWA-110
doesn't work! In Gentoo Linux I just compile the kernel including the rt73usb
module, load it, lift the interface up and that's it.

Since I'm new using OpenSolaris I would like a hand here, guys.

Thanks in advance.
