I agree with Brian here. The fact that it is indeed a fork is not the
important part, and should not be stressed. Drizzle is attempting to
fix problems that the regular MySQL server cannot or will not address
any time soon...and it is entirely a community-driven (organic OS as
Brian says) effort.
