My 16 cents worth. All too busy. You need a logo that also looks good in B/W and also at like 100x50 size.
Drizzle with a rain drop over the 'i' is nice, plan simple but lacks drive. I'd ask these questions? Just because it's called Drizzle, does it have to symbolize rain? The Japanese symbol was a interesting approach, can some simple graphic better represent the icon. What about use of colors? Look at names like eBay, Amazon, Oracle, Facebook, no icons or animals etc. Would a good block font, and perhaps some color, say in 'zz' or 'l' work? Would a good font with a varied letter for shape (say the i, like a drop) work? Would a good block font, and a backdrop within the letters of raindrops symbol work (easy to remove the backdrop for smaller graphics) I understand why it's called Drizzle, I like it, but do we need to promote Rain, dark, gloomy and floods within logo.
