Notice I do not mention Archive for instance. You can continue to have
non-transactional engines, you just won't be able to call the SQL
command "LOCK TABLE".
Plus, "log to table" will require CSV.
Does it require CSV, or does it require an engine which can "read" a
CSV file? AKA we could lobotomize it to only handle reads.
