As requested I have posted a layout draft for documentation. Rather than muddy up the wiki, I have posted the layout on google docs for peers to review. If you are interested in marking it up, email me and I will invite you into the document as a contributor. Or just make suggestions and email them to the list. Either way, please copy the list.
