This is the part I a not so sure I like... I think using "function
name" is just fine, but I don't know that we should be storing the
code like this implies during trigger creation. Plenty of languages
would happily work with this... but it concerns me a lot.

BTW I have a perl interpreter that is "sandboxed" that could be used
to solve the above (FWIW)
