oh, definitely! One of the reasons I use "IF EXISTS" (and "IF NOT EXISTS") is specifically for slaves that may or may not have those tables.
Then again, as much as I like "this is great, it allows me to be lazy and not break replication" maybe it's better to force people to be better than that.
