As Monty said, if folks are interested in coming to the Drizzle developer day, they are most likely on the mailing list, which means they only need to click a button on Launchpad. Google docs would actually require more data entry than the signing up for the sprint. :)
This has the added benefit of linking with our project there and we get to use the "sprint" features of Launchpad like other projects do.
