_My_ thought on this, although I haven't discussed it with anyone yet,
is that the next trunk release would be 2011.04.01 and that for further
elliott releases we would _not_ increase the month number - so a new
elliott release would be 2011.03.14.

That's the intent. (or we'd discussed three months at one point, but I
would not be sad with 6 months)
