I don’t think there are that many Finnish companies, which have expertise in DSpace customizations - there are probably individual developers working in some companies, who have experience in DSpace. I think most of the active Finnish DSpace developers are employed by the university libraries (at least Helsinki Uni, Jyväskylä Uni, National Library and UEF have some people working with DSpace).
