Hello everybody, I've tried to enable IP authentication in DSpace 6.1, I've changed the configurations in both files authentication.cfg & authentication-ip.cfg, Enabled IP authentication by un-commenting the following config in both authentication.cfg & local.cfg
plugin.sequence.org.dspace.authenticate.AuthenticationMethod = org.dspace.authenticate.IPAuthentication Then, Added the IP address in authentication-ip.cfg like the following WHERE: SDLMembers is a Dspace authorized group authentication-ip.SDLMembers = [151.254.127.248] Then restarted Tomcat to take the effect but when trying to open a restricted item in DSpace without logging in and instead using the authorized IP by reaching DSpace from this IP, We couldn't show restricted items and open the bit-stream files.
