We (University of Bern, Switzerland) are now building a DSpace-CRIS and would like to learn more about possible configurations with respect to communities and collections. Are your communities rather subject-oriented or do they reflect your organisational structure? Has anyone taken a different approach? What are the pros and cons of your solution?
