Hello,

You can access restrict content by modifying the "Authorization Policies"
on the Item. For example, in the XMLUI, you can
1. Login as an Admin
2. Edit the Item
3. Click on "Authorizations..." button (on the Item Status tab)
4. Find the Bitstream (File) access policy and click on the "ID" column
5. Change the Group from "Anonymous" (which means anyone can access it) to
a different Group
6. Save the changes

At that point, the specific Bitstream will only be downloadable/viewable by
the Group you selected.

If you want to access restrict all new items being added to a Collection,
you can Edit the Collection, Click on "Assign Roles", Click on "Default
Read Access" and add the Group who should be able to download that Item.
This will automatically access restrict all new content added to that
specific collection.

Finally, if you need to bulk modify access rights of existing content, you
should look at the "Advanced Policy Manager". Here's a video that walks
through using that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PFlq-yGSPY4

If you have other specific questions, let us know on this mailing list.
