Hi Lewatle & Helen, I'd recommend checking for errors in your logs when you access this Item (in both DSpace and Tomcat). If there's no obvious permission issue in the Item, then it's possible an error is causing it to not be displayed properly. If errors do not exist, it'd be useful to gather more information. Is this happening for more than one item? If so, are they in the same Collection / different Collections? Anything else that could be "in common" for the affected items.
Unfortunately, there's not enough information to go on here to provide good advice. Obviously, this is *not* normal behavior for DSpace. If you find anything else out, let us know on this list.
